Dr. Kipton J. Norris was raised in North Ogden, Utah and attended Weber High School. After serving a two year mission in South Carolina, Dr. Norris earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Weber State University. He then attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2003.

Dr. Norris is committed to giving each patient the highest quality dental care. He looks at each patient as family and loves the friendships he has developed over the years. “We have the best patients in the world here.” Dr. Norris is a people person. What he loves most about coming to work each day in being with our patients and team members. “My team is highly trained dental professionals who strive to make our patient's experience the best part of their day.”

Dr. Norris and his beautiful wife live in Syracuse with their two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys, vacationing, hiking, being with his family, and walking his dog Rocky.

Masyn started working for Dr. Norris in 2017, taking a couple of short breaks when she served an 18- month mission in Ecuador and when she lived in South Carolina with her husband. Masyn loves camping with her family, hiking, exercising, reading, and trying just about anything that gets her outdoors and  keeps her active! She loves working for Dr. Norris because of the positive environment he creates at the  office for patients and employees.

Britani has been working with Dr Norris since 2010. She worked full time with him for 3 years. She then  decided to stay home with her kids but be a fill in employee until recently. Britani is back working part  time helping with assisting and front desk. She has 3 children. Britani enjoys watching her kids play  competitive soccer and competitive dance. She also loves to read and to work out. Britani has loved  working with Dr Norris. 

Laura recently moved back to Utah after living in Colorado for almost 20 years. She worked in a dental  office in Colorado for 5 years before moving. Laura loves spending time with her husband and four  children. She enjoys running, traveling, reading, hiking, and boating. Laura has loved working for Dr.  Norris because of the positive and fun environment of the office.

Mindy has been a hygienist since 2009 and has worked for Dr. Norris since 2010. Her favorite thing about our practice is that we take the time needed to care for our patient’s unique needs. Mindy is a mother of four. She enjoys camping and being outdoors with her family, reading, dancing, all kinds of music, and laughing. Her favorite thing about working for Dr. Norris is his positive attitude; he always helps to create a great work environment!

Melanie has worked in the dental field since 2016 and started working for Dr. Norris at the beginning of 2022. Melanie is currently working towards her Bachelor's degree and then applying to Dental school in 2024 and wants to be a Pediatric Dentist. Melanie and her husband have been married since 2017 and love living in South Ogden with their two dogs. Melanie enjoys spending time paddle boarding working on home projects and with family and the dogs. Her favorite thing about working with Dr. Norris is he really takes time to get to know his patients and genuinely cares about them. Also, the workplace is a

fun and welcoming environment.
